So I wanted this product because it got good reviews (don't know how) and I realized what could go wrong, right? FAMOUS LAST WORDS! Just because every other version of this game has bad reviews I thought "Maybe" it will be different. SURPRISE, it's not! He couldn't stand the iPad Air 2, of course, but it was obvious. I first tried my clean iPhone 6 on it and then applied the product to my iPhone XR. So I installed my device; I used my clean iPhone 6 and just set it up. It looked nice but since I was working on a different computer at the time and to my surprise it caught my attention out of the corner of my eye; my iPhone 6 slipped out of my hand (magnet - shit!) and fell to the ground. Now my cute "clean" iPhone 6 that had no dents thanks to this smelly product NOW HAS A NICE DENTING! One can imagine how it came about, how well it could work. However, the manufacturers have significantly saved on the most important function, the magnet. Should I fix it now to make it work? No! Should I have known better? YUP! So I had many disputes with the seller and the manufacturer. Did I get a refund? You bet it only took 10+ emails and a threat to contact my bank to file a fraud case with them (then a refund came). I was offered a replacement unit, but NOTHING APPEARED IN THE MAIL. I see from other "positive" reviews that others have replaced the 3M tape on the back of the hand, that wasn't the problem, the magnet on the hand, with a metal disc that you attach to the phone. This magnet doesn't hold an iPhone 6 so I'd like to know what they attach to it as if it wouldn't hold the weight of iPhone 6 it wouldn't hold anything more (7, 8, X, XR, XS etc.) Spare embrace the heartache and embrace the pain of this IT professional. Product Magnetic Phone Holder, COYZOR Laptop Side Clip won't hold anything! Let the buyer beware!
