Good quality product
I saw a customer comment in another review that this Jeep 4.0 water pump is made in China. Here's my take on the matter: The water pump says "China" NOT "Made in China". Having been in the automotive business for many years, I can say with certainty that this water pump was likely cast in China and assembled here in the US. Machining is an indication of US machining practices. Also, the impeller is a steel impeller, not a cast or plastic impeller like the factory impeller. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. Good quality item, I'm sure AC delco wouldn't put its name on it if it was cheap Chinese junk.
