Review on 🌬️ HME TNGOZN Air Purifier - Black, Throw-N-Go Ozone Generator by Alice Johnson

I bought two of these, one from Revain and one from another outdoor store. I bought this ozone air purifier because of its size, it can be used as a portable battery with a USB plug, its reasonable cost and the reputation of air filters/ozone generators for eliminating odors. In the beginning both worked fine. I found they did a good job removing odors from my truck and hunting gear. And then the first month came to an end and they both stopped working. Although the $39 price tag is a lot cheaper than other air cleaner/ozone generators, they're not a good deal if they only last a month. None of these ozone filters have been dropped, damaged or abused. They did a good job eliminating the smell, just not for long. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this particular product. Updated 21-Jan-21: I filled out a warranty claim for this item directly with the company using the online warranty claim link on their website, I never received a response. Downgraded the rating from two to one star. The product didn't last long and the company doesn't respond to warranty claims. "A missed call is not a complaint at all." Well, that's what I think of HME. This product is covered by a one-year warranty, but if you cannot get the company to answer your calls or emails, they are under no obligation to honor your complaint and honor the warranty. Warranty claim, HME never responded. It's easy to get a 100% money-back guarantee if you never respond to customer inquiries.
