I bought this to increase bandwidth for my Android Auto on my Galaxy S9+ and on my new Nissan Altima . I had USB-A to USB-C but this causes intermittent audio dropouts. I bought this cable to connect to USB-C port in my car to improve bandwidth and solve audio bandwidth issue. When I first plugged it in, the phone's charging notification popped up and went off several times within 10 seconds. When I was finally stable enough to stay connected, the bandwidth issue was resolved. But don't you dare touch the phone and move it even a millimeter because it will turn off. The phone line is in excellent condition as I hardly plugged it in until I bought a car two weeks ago. I have always charged my phone on a Samsung wireless pad so the seller/manufacturer cannot claim that it is a worn connector on the phone. The connection via USB-A (car) and USB-C (phone) worked reliably, but the bandwidth was not sufficient. I have given CableCreations an opportunity to resolve the issue per the literature included in the package but have not received a response and will not wait until the return window closes. i will return it
