Review on Avionté Staffing and Recruiting Software by Rob Rogers

I like that it's easy enough to use (and customize) but still has all the bells & whistles you'd expect from any modern system! It provides us with great reporting capabilities as well as being able to track our candidates' progress through their application process at each step along the way. The interface can be clunky sometimes - there are some features we've just not been using yet because they're too new or haven't rolled them out fully across regions/brands. We don't have anything against AviOnte specifically; however, this was one of many companies who took over when my previous employer went under so we had no choice other than to transition away from what worked so well before.
