Review on 🔪 MUJI Compact Shredder - Dimensions: 7.2" W x 2.0" L x 1.2" H by David Tison

I had to buy two of these and return them before I got the third one, PERFECT. The third works so well that I gave it a 5 star rating. The third is exactly as you'd hope, it's smooth and easy to work with and cuts perfectly on any blade. It's so portable and lightweight that I really wanted it to work, so I used it a few times. The first device did not cut through the paper with all blades. Even thin receipts don't cut properly. I strongly suspect that the first unit I received was an earlier return. There were signs of wear and the papers in the box were out of order. The second device was not properly assembled and turned out to be a manufacturing defect. The case was noticeably split, as if the plastic was a different size on one side of the case. Nothing I could do would allow it to seat properly and create a tight seal and the blades wouldn't touch. The manual rotation of the shredder was rough and didn't cut any part of the paper. It wasn't a hard link.
