This is a Resistor Based Error Corrector. If you are looking for an IC based correction device, this is not for you. From a technical point of view, this has not misled any consumer. I'm looking for a bug free IC based lightbulb. I tried to send back but I have to pay 20 USD as shipping cost. This makes me feel cheated.
