The volume buttons are out of place.

Too sensitive to drops. Why are the volume buttons on all boosted phones on the side? My elderly parents keep turning down the volume while talking. The volume buttons are right where you hold your phone. If you hold your phone under the volume buttons, you'll get an echo. The engineers of these phones have to experiment with their design for a while before they sell it.

Pros

Both the large keypad and the CID display light up as a very bright visual signal.

Cons

Disturbing.
