Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Lorz Batan ᠌

Bad! I am not satisfied with the quality of the product.

I have used Sony for many years, but it appears that I will need to switch and hunt for anything else in this situation. I foolishly trusted the evaluations that claimed the rim does not dangle; however, it "does not dangle" on clothing or on a person who weighs 80 to 90 kg and has a relatively thick neck. It is only comfortable to wear on clothing when running for someone with a typical build; it will not function with a T-shirt. I'm returning the food to the shop.

Pros
  • Good sound that is kept in the ears properly, although the equalizer needs to be adjusted.
Cons
  • It is entirely unclear what to do in the winter because it is uncomfortable to wear underneath or on top of a jacket and difficult to manage a collar, etc. awful audio dropout problems. linked to the Xiaomi Mi6. When the phone's wifi is turned on, the sound occasionally fades away, is interrupted, and occasionally there is silence for a minute. In Hong Kong, when a bus passes nearby, the sound is muted:) Despite what would seem, there were issues at the park as well. Very acceptable without wifi, but who needs it? Calls are awfully erratic and bubbling. I called the support line on the headset, and they sympathized with me and suggested I return or replace. Tested soar with iphone7 - better, but still gurgling when calling (on incoming noises, outgoing sounds like ok) and interfering with the music, however slightly. I had the impression that the sound had shifted and grown much more deaf when in the park in the cold. Yet, it's possible that the earpiece became misaligned in the ear and that gloves were unable to adjust it. The material has an abhorrently cheap appearance and feel. Beats wireless are like heaven and earth for my wife.
