I've had this face pad for 3 months now and it broke last night. The original face support was also a Master Massage brand and came with a table I bought in January 2018. The first one broke after a year so I figured it was an accident and bought this one. These face braces will NOT hold the weight over time and the spring mechanism inside the adjuster will fail after frequent use. I'm disappointed because I've been a fan of Master Massage products for 15 years. I replaced these with an Earthlite carry case.
