Carefully measure your back, neck and shoulder braces

Helps with back pain but I would recommend more on measuring. I have a larger chest so the straps that go forward under the arms around the back aren't long enough. The straps dig into my armpits and won't unbuckle as the straps barely fit together. Also, I find it difficult to sit on softer surfaces like the sofa. The product is made of high quality material.
