So I bought this item on November 3rd, when I first used the scale, the part that closes the battery door started to pop out. I emailed the company on November 9th and received an automated email saying someone would be responding to me soon. I'm writing this review on November 14th and I still haven't received a response from this company. The item broke less than two days after receipt, but I've already thrown away the box it came in so I can't easily return it. If you are interested in purchasing this item, please do yourself a favor and save your money on another brand. This company doesn't respect their customers.
