The product looks much better in live than in the photos. The metal sleeves on the plugs have a really nice finish and the light plays exceptionally well on the surface. Unfortunately, at the first attempt to connect them, the sleeve immediately slipped off. It looked like the sleeve was only attached to the connector with a small dab of glue. I put some Loctite on the sleeve and it seems to be holding up well. What I really like about this cable is that the end of the connector is very thin and long. One of my phone cases is quite thick and the other cable I have doesn't really fit even though it has a shortened design. This cable should be able to reach the phone's headphone jack, even though the case is exceptionally thick. Ugreen definitely needs to have basic quality control for its products. With just a little tug on the grommet of each connector, they could spot these imperfections before they were packaged and shipped. Not everyone has the right glue to fix these things.
