Great headphones at a great price!

Arrived much faster than expected. I bought two and got a red and white pair. The white couple was great! It came loaded and plugged in with no problems. However red. He has died and will not be charged. And it looks like the box is already open. And also! Missing micro USB cable! Why such a difference in quality? For the price, these headphones are a steal! But in my case it was fifty-fifty rubbish. Edit: The seller quickly called me back and the situation was resolved. I highly recommend this product and this seller.
