My experience with the steering wheel cover has been quality leather. The kit includes a few needles and lots of thread, along with a small thimble and small plastic spatula for easy installation. Here's the part nobody wanted to mention. If you want to do a good installation job with this kit. Better plan to remove the airbag and silver trim on your Tacoma steering wheel. (There are videos on UTube that explain the process.) It would be even better if you could just remove the steering wheel to install the cover. This would make it a lot easier. However, I only removed the airbag and trim panel. The first time I didn't, I damaged the leather trying to push it into the groove between the pad and the steering wheel. This room is very small. Now install it without these parts on the go. It was easy and looks really professional. So really, take my word for it and raise your head. It cost me an extra $55 to get another cover, don't make the same mistake I did. Much luck
