THE TEETH ARE SERRATED SO THAT THE ENTIRE BLOCK IS BENT.

The pins on the back are uneven, so the whole unit is crooked when connected. Things slid off the shelves. They will not send me a replacement. You blame the switch next to it BUT THE PINS ARE NOT ALIGNED SO THE ENTIRE UNIT WILL BE BENT. Look at the picture where the device is connected to the network crookedly. The switch has nothing to do with a device malfunction.
