This is a decent cover that covers the two large bikes we carry in the boot of our camper van. So far the coating has stood up well to thousands of miles of riding and helps keep our bikes clean and dry. My previous insurance coverage with another company was no longer available. It lasted more than two years and covered thousands of kilometers in different climatic conditions. The previous cover had a feature that this cover doesn't have. Along the edge of the other lid were four steel-reinforced holes that we used to secure the lid with bungee cords and a cable lock. Since this cover doesn't have those holes, we had to find another way to attach this cover so it doesn't fly off our bikes when we're riding freeways and freeways. If I could find another lid with reinforced holes I'd rather buy one, but this one works perfectly. At the end of June 2020, after being exposed to the elements for just over six months, this cover has lost its strength and has cracked.
