Review on ๐Ÿ”ฅ Optimized 12V Gerbing Heated Jacket Liner for Motorcycles with 7 Heat Zones by Tyrell Hudson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Poor quality/return

Bought to replace my old Gerbing heated bomber jacket say 15 years ago. I thought the new thinner heating elements would feel better on the hands. The old style bomber I'm currently using has an elasticated collar, cuffs and waistband. The jacket cuts a fine figure on the bike and is well insulated. A person who does not ride a motorcycle might think that this is an ordinary thermal jacket. Unfortunately, the new liner looks like a cheap Halloween costume! The material had the same cheap look and feel. The neckline and waist were non-stretch and huge, and completely protected from the wind. The heat zones were localized and didn't fill the liner like my old jacket. Product details highlight that the low ponytail helps retain heat in the lower back. In fact, it was paper thin, had no heating element, and was useless. I like my old jacket very much, but the new model is functional nonsense. I have never written a negative review but this product was clearly poorly thought out and calling it an inlay is no excuse for poor quality. Shame on you, Herbing! Matthew/New Jersey
