Taste: 3/5. They recommend 8 ounces of water per scoop, but you can use 10-12 ounces since it's so sweet. Miscibility: No problem here. Whether I shake it with a blender, a strainer, or nothing but a cup, I've never had a problem. Efficiency: 3/5. The effectiveness of the supplement will always be different for everyone, but it didn't help much for me. BCAAs are amino acids capable of penetrating directly into skeletal muscle, increasing protein synthesis and preventing muscle catabolism. I have found that I need 2 scoops per serving for this product to feel effective. I would say this is about the average BCAA supplement for the price. You're getting 5 grams of BCAAs per scoop, but really anyone over 150 pounds should be close to 10 grams per serving. What I don't like is that the sum of all the ingredients is only 6.25g and each scoop is 10g, leaving about 3.75g of filler per scoop. All in all, this is a basic BCAA that's nothing fancy but gets the job done.
