Ideal for adventurous, sporty enthusiasts of all ages

I have already recommended this product to my brother and another friend and have only had mine for about 2 weeks. These protective bracers protected my middle aged wrists and programmatically developed my wrists as I learned to ride. Unicycle. It is important to me that I can lead a good life without risking my livelihood. At the same time, they offer great protection, and the flexible design allows me to move my hands and use them almost as well without them. In fact, with the extra support, I can carry more groceries (sometimes I have to stop unicycling and help out around the house). They have a hard shell on one side which I scratched badly after several hard falls on the pavement. The other side is flexible, with padding thick enough to absorb any surface impact while still providing less structural support. At that price, they were exactly what I wanted for my new hobby without breaking the bank. If you have any questions about the size, just measure your hand as shown. I found mine to be a perfect fit and I chose the size based on very basic measurements. If you're wondering if they protect your wrists, the answer is YES for everything but several falling rocks. But there are also many other products that can do this. I'd just say don't somehow skip the step of getting yourself a wrist guard. I know it has saved me the cost of X-rays on a few falls and I haven't even had to put my new hobby on hold. All of this for $20 is an amazing deal.
