Very easy to use - I can make my own custom templates with ease! It's also very customizable so you have many options in terms of layout/design. The only thing about this software (like all others) is it doesn't save your changes after closing out or saving them as new files. Try different layouts until one feels right to you. This has helped me design more customized emails than any other program we've used before. We're able to send out professionally designed marketing material without having to pay someone else hundreds per month just to do simple tasks like sending mass mailings. Also saves us time because there are no longer multiple people who need access to edit our documents at once. Our team uses these tools daily; they help keep everyone organized while still allowing each person their individual style when creating content.
