I really wanted to like this chair. For the most part, it's comfortable, to be honest. But the quality is very bad. There were scratches on the base which I first saw when I took it out of the box but I figured I could ignore it, it wasn't a big deal. But when I put it back together, a few screws weren't quite right. It wasn't until everything was assembled that I saw that the back was crooked. It doesn't look like much, but it's enough to put annoying pressure on my right shoulder blade. I already have scoliosis and my chair "encourages" me to sit sideways which only causes more back pain. I collected it for less than an hour and I'm returning it. It may sound finicky and looks like something you could live with, but with a recent move to working from home almost entirely, I'll be spending 8+ hours a day here, it should be comfortable. I realized that saving money on Prime Day or saving on something this important isn't worth it. Like a good mattress, it's something that gets a lot of use, so it's worth spending your money on something good rather than this massive, poor-quality mess. convenient, except for a scammer. But if you want slightly better quality, look elsewhere.
