To be honest there are no complaints about this watch. However, it's really too light for most power cords. The rubber stoppers are terrible and the clock just shifts everywhere when I need to plug or unplug something. If it's on the edge, the clock will fall behind. I didn't buy it as an alarm clock, but the volume is really low. It's not a bad watch, but it's not a very good one either. I'm personally happy with what I need it for, but had I known this watch was like this I would have looked elsewhere.
