Okay I won't argue with words. This NESSTU 2 tier fruit basket is LARGE and TALL. I put a photo next to my microwave and paper towel holder to give you an idea of how big and tall this fruit basket is. Depending on your countertop situation, this dual tier basket may or may not work for you. I have limited countertop space with cabinets directly above, so the exceptional height of the 2nd row is a problem for me. They designed it so that you can also hang bananas on a hook below the 2nd floor. This can be a case of trying to do too much. The basket would be more practical and aesthetically pleasing if the banana hook was removed and the 2nd tier height decreased by about 4 inches. However, this is a high quality, well made and sturdy fruit basket. I love that you can also use it for veggies and even things like toiletries. Overall this is a great two tier basket. Only higher than necessary.
