**Update** 05/29/20 My cats use these scratching posts I would say daily. One of these days somehow managed to knock the ball out of the little one's cage and chases it all over our living space. The posts are now broken, torn and quite dented, but better than my couch! I'll take 😁👍 So far everything's fine photo and video when opening the box. My ragdoll boy who has had some trouble scratching the carpet seems to be enjoying it so far. For the first 10 minutes he ran back and forth between the platforms and tried to hit the ball several times. I think it will work but the platforms are slightly scratched on the plastic cardboard sides. They don't seem too harsh, which is why I deducted a star.
