There are loads of razors from $20 to $300, as a professional licensed barber I have tried them all, a razor costs less than $100. I use this razor at least 10 times a day, with proper care the screen will last for months, never brush the screen as the bristles can tear it. Removing the foil and cleaning, oiling and replacing the blade and any hair around the blade will extend the life of the screen. The more dirt there is under the screen, the drier the screen becomes + friction leads to a hole. Before using this shaver, always trim your facial hair or all but the lowest stubble, such as your hair. B. a 3 o'clock shadow. You would not use a razor blade on long hair as it would rip and tear the hair. The lower the hair, the easier it is to trim, and this shaft razor is less likely to cause bumps and ingrown hairs. DO NOT PRESS STRONGLY, continuous strong pressing in the same place will heat up the screen and damage it, eventually leading to hole and skin irritation! This sieve and blade are just beautiful. There is no such thing as a durable product, but this screen and shaver is the best.
