I needed a small storage bench that would fit under a window with a single pane and also provides a "window seat" for my cats who love to chat with birds and squirrels. The bench came quickly and was easy to assemble. It's durable, with a comfortable padded seat and good storage space inside. -- The only catch was that the instructions didn't have "inside" and "outside" designations for the smaller side panels. Of course we assembled it wrong. growled. I dismantled everything. Then I put it back together, paying attention to the "holes" and other details that we now knew were "inside" and not outside. Live and learn, right? <rolls eyes> Again, the unit itself is great and easy to assemble, but the instructions don't warn you about proper inside/outside SIDE PANEL placement. So when assembling this unit, take a look at these side panels and make sure you know the inside from the outside. :)
