(UPDATE BELOW!) Oh I really liked this thing until my loop broke. When I first received it it was nice and snug and stayed where I put it. Now it's about 4 inches and I have to fiddle with it forever to get the screen in the right place. And if it's too close to vertical, it just falls down on me, basically rendering this thing useless in the position I want it in. I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem or not, maybe I misunderstood. Before the hinge issue I couldn't be happier with this keyboard, it was one of my favorite not-so-hidden tech gems I found at Revain. To give you an idea of how much I loved this keyboard case, I stuck my disposable Zelda BOTW stickers onto this technique that I saved for three years in anticipation of a decent product. You might think that's not the case, and you might be, but it was a big deal. Then the sadness... my loop started to fail in less than a couple of weeks but I didn't want to give up and it was slow. I didn't realize how bad the problem was until the screen started falling on me. I know what you're thinking, you're thinking, "Nerd, you should have waited at least a month before you put those stickers on!" And I disagree with you... But the love was instantaneous. The keyboard works great, the trackpad works great, the backlight is awesome, but I can't recommend anything that starts breaking within the first two weeks. I give it one star if everything else works perfectly because it doesn't matter if everything else works perfectly if the hinge makes it useless. Read some other reviews, don't remember anyone talking about the hinge. Again, maybe mine is bad, but right now I don't have a keyboard and I'm sad. keyboard again! I find it amazing and they obviously believe in their product and that it was an accident. I can't wait to get another one and I hope it's perfect. I am grateful for their help and look forward to trying again! I will change it to five stars for their customer service and care.
