We have been working with them for several years now in our digital transformation journey which has helped us achieve some really great results across all areas including customer experience management (CEM). They also work closely together as partners helping each other out where needed but most importantly we trust their expertise completely! Nothing at this point so far apart from occasional small issues here or there when you're dealing daily over email/chat etc., nothing major anyway :) Highly recommend if they fit what's important - strong partnership between team members who know how things should be done; fast turnaround time &amp sound process understanding / execution skills + ability not just knowledge transferability within teams =&gt successful partnerships will happen without doubt ;-).
