After moving into a new apartment, I noticed that the movers had snapped a latch at the bottom of my queen Tempur-Pedic mattress. My mischievous cat and husky puppy had a habit of climbing through a hole in the bottom of the mattress and I was afraid they would damage the structure itself. I bought this along with a cheap stapler and replaced the mattress pad. The width is almost exactly the size of a queen with only an inch or two of trimmings. This material appears to be more durable than the original non-woven fabric. I would buy this again.
