The device is very heavy. It must be installed on a vertical hard chair. Very uncomfortable to the point where you can't try to lie down. This is a VERY powerful device. I'm 5'5" tall and have the tops of my shoulders and neck above my head. There were no instructions let alone how to adjust it to height as stated in the product description. I even got an answer on that Question before I bought it from the manufacturer that it is regulated it is not.As it stands I am rating this product 1 star.If I were 6ft 5" I would give it 5 stars because it is very good is made. Unless you are a very tall person I DO NOT recommend this product. I will update if anything changes.
