Permanent oil leak fixed
The old filler cap gasket was so brittle that it broke in half when flexed. That saved me from constantly losing oil. Before that I had already replaced the valve cover gasket and read about leaking oil filler caps on another site. I installed a new gasket and fixed the oil leak in less than a minute.
