This was definitely very flat tried to fluff didn’t help don’t recommend if ur trying to get a flair look we wound up not using it due to it not helping the dress be more flared it was way to long too
- Gives a little fluff to a dress or costume. A great detail that makes you feel polished and pretty
- I needed a crinoline for a costume party and this worked.
