I would give 5 stars if the photo and the description were correct. As others have pointed out, this does NOT have a spaced output at the end. I use this to disconnect connections from a battery backed UPS where additional surge protection can cause problems. They're also great for a workshop or shop where you might need to use multiple tools, but a surge protector might not be the best choice. Electric saws and drills can draw a lot of current when starting and tangle the surge protection strap. It's great for the money, I ended up buying three. The quality is ok (a little cheap) and I had a problem connecting a pair of plugs. After bending the pins of the connector a bit, they were fine.
