I gave this product 3 stars out of 5 because we had to put a bristle rug over it as it was too slippery for our dogs. Because there is a learning period when the dogs get used to it, they feel very unsafe because they slipped VERY while climbing. After we added the carpet (just screwing the pieces on) it was like night and day. Our dogs should feel completely safe and use it without problems. I recommend this product because it is durable and light weight, but I think it needs to be modified to make it comfortable for dogs to work with.
