I plan to use them for fishing but I wanted to use them instead of a mask. They fit my neck pretty well, but when you put them on your face they don't feel like they're tight and want to slide down. I think I have a really big head for an average man, but my face isn't as big as my face. It's also very thin, so doesn't really replace a mask. I can still feel some air as I stretch my arms out in front of my face as I breathe. But it's better than not wearing a mask I think. So I only use them for fishing to keep bugs out of my face and keep a few in the car in case I forget my mask.
