I initially didn't give a two star rating out of spite, but simply because it didn't work for my dog. This can and probably is entirely down to personal preference as I've read that if you have an odd dog that likes lemon, bitter apple etc you need to do a taste test beforehand. My dog doesn't seem to like it. But at first he was just surprised because later I practically got the pillow soaked, he didn't just play with it anymore but chewed and sucked on it endlessly! Other than that, they were very apologetic and sweet regarding the issue. and refunded my purchase in full. It didn't work on my dog, but it might work on yours! (I've gotten my hands on some and can DEFINITELY say they taste TERRIBLE.) They should get at least that many stars for customer service alone.
