Product not working
I bought this to use with a SanDisk product. However, the software to be downloaded (acroniswd) does not recognize the brand of the drive via the USB cable. Since it isn't recognized as a Western Digital or SanDisk product, it just quits. Save money, buy a cheaper cable and download free software that really works. Note that SanDisk's Control Panel can detect and recognize the drive.
