Customer service was no help

My 1st time using the tent one of the pole sections split apart. That happened 8/17. Since then I have been in contact with them 6 or 7 times with them promising to replace it as soon as they come in. Now almost a year later I am to go on a camping trip but won't be able to use the tent that has only been used once. I'll have to borrow one. NOT COOL!

I give this tent 4 stars because the bath tub flor is 2 pieces so there is a seam that goes down the middle of the tent. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a bathtub floor. I have not used it yet but if it leakes it''s going right back and I will get a Coleman.
