The easy interface! We can upload all our route info with one click at signup time, which helps the driver know when their next load will be ready as they navigate into work each day (very helpful so that we don't wait until night!). And there's always new information in realtime - I never have problems checking before departure if my truck has enough fuel or tools & safety items onboard. There haven&rsquo t been any major downsides thus far after years of using PDD while working daily throughout New England during hurricane season last year- but just because you're not running into serious issues doesn't mean every minor thing isn't an issue! Tracking loads/pickups via GPS makes this process much more efficient than trying to sort out routes independently ourselves between numerous different systems across several software providers from home office to various terminals within large fleet employers. I like that it allows you to schedule the work and the driver. It also helps with the dispatch. I dislike that it doesn’t have a way to add more drivers to a job. I would recommend this to anyone who has a fleet. It makes it super easy to schedule the work and the driver. I feel like it helps with the dispatch of the work.
