Tried to install today but is missing all the connectors to connect rings (etc) with shorter green straps. I made a request for details so we can see how the customer service is and will update this review accordingly. UPDATE: Customer service responded to me quickly and has since shipped the missing parts. We made a slack between two trees. This is a decent product and appears to be working well. It's difficult to pull the line if your poles (or trees) are too close as it may not fit after spooling. Measure first and loop the rods a few times if you can have plenty of line left.
