The way how you can get insights from all of our sales channels in one place, makes us more efficient as an organization! It's also great for customer support because we are able to see what customers have already viewed or used within Cubot before they reach out with questions/issues. I wish there was some sort of time lag between when something shows up in Salesforce (or any other channel) so people don't think their issue has been resolved if someone else saw them earlier than expected - but this isn’t really possible without custom code? Also would be helpful sometimes just to know where certain issues came about rather then having no idea at times like now :) We're solving problems related to understanding which products each user uses most often by comparing against historical usage patterns across different platforms & devices.
