I liked features like auto follow up for clients that are inactive which makes it easy when you have to contact them or update their information in your account. If there was an option to use video calls instead of phone calls sometimes this would be easier since some people don't have great mobile data plans. There's also nothing really wrong with just regular text messages but sometimes they're too overwhelming, so if someone wants something personal with me then we'll set up a call/video chat sometime soon. We had a few issues back-and-forth between us trying to get our client lists sorted out from each other and we were able to smooth those things over pretty quickly. It helped out greatly knowing that both companies trusted one another and could talk face-to-face about what was going on.
