Do you want to make magnesium oil? It's your cereal! Find out what magnesium deficiency can do to your body!

I AM NOT A DOCTOR: But I am a very experienced patient and health advocate, I have a medical condition that requires high doses of calcium. (Citrical Plus recommended) Magnesium is essential for proper absorption, but the problem is that tablets tend to be poorly absorbed. The preferred form is magnesium chloride. This container will probably last me for several years. 1 cup of granola makes 2 full bottles. Making Mag Oil is very simple. 1 part Ancient Minerals Flakes to 1 part pure water, heat and stir until fully dissolved and pour into an amber glass spray bottle. You can add an essential oil like lavender to the mixture after it cools in a spray bottle. Please be careful, this will help reduce pain and give you a better night's sleep along with increased magnesium and calcium intake. The first few uses will be a little itchy. I like to apply it to my stomach after the evening shower. A happy and healthy life to you! For reference, these are the bottles I use. 8 oz amber glass spray bottles (2 packs); Boston Heavy Duty Brown Round Bottles… 4.1 out of 5 stars571https://www.amazon.com/gp/buyagain?ie=UTF8&ref_=nav_cs_buy_again
