Review on ๐ŸŽฏ The Thrival Bullseye: Revolutionize Deep Tissue Massage with Adjustable Psoas, Glute, Back, and Neck Release Tool by Chris Huff

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The most aggressive way to hit those trigger point zones.

I have foam rollers (too soft), Thera Canes (too bulky to do much work), lacrosse balls (too small) and larger 8 inch trigger point balls (radius too big to penetrate deeper). All of these tools together offer a moderate way to work your legs, back, or shoulders, but none of them are amazing individually and none of them can penetrate your lower back. The best tool for getting deep tissue trigger points especially your psoas I have used so far. It's versatile enough to be used on almost any muscle fiber in your body, using your body weight and gravity to apply pressure. It will take some core strength to properly handle ideal pressure, but then you're working out at the same time, which isn't bad, especially if you break your desk phases into 30 or 60 minutes. sessions. The only criticism I can find is that it's difficult to use both tools on the board at the same time. I prefer to use one at a time to really focus on one place. and thankfully the board is very stable so you can ride and push the tool without the board moving or breaking. It is very well designed for structural stability.
