This is a very easy do-it-yourself repair. If you have more money than common sense, then be sure to call the handyman. I purchased this item to replace the wheels on the lower basket of our Kenmore Elite dishwasher. It took 5 minutes. It would take 2 but I wanted to make sure I didn't bend or break the basket while removing the broken wheels. Tools were not required. They seem just as strong as the old ones. As with some other reviews I have found that they don't slide as smoothly as the original wheels but I attribute that to being brand new and I assume they will wear out over time/use but that is no problem and when that happens I can't handle it compared to 3 wheels that fall off every time we pull out the basket to unload/load it.
