My god what a wonderful cure for the stiffness in the body caused by muscle lumps. You know areas like the backs of your feet where they feel like gravel when you walk with your toes. Well, I originally got the idea of getting it myself after my physical therapist put it on me for tension in my buttocks and legs from not being as active as I used to be. I'm not going to lie, it literally HURTS SO MUCH because the muscles are stuck together and not used to moving. Just be careful when using the tool so as not to make things worse. I knew how to use it by watching my physical therapist do it to me. I also found that you can just use the tool over your clothes without having to use lube like you normally would. It makes my life WAY BETTER after each use because it relaxes tight, lumpy muscles. I would highly recommend this product to EVERYONE!
