customer service was fantastic. My order arrived broken (but still usable). I sent a photo to the seller, he returned the money and sent a replacement! I have used the product. It feels very comfortable, dries quickly and moisturizes. Especially with constant use I feel that it helps fight the drying effect of other products I have to use on my face. And I have dry skin. I think it would also be great to use in the middle of the day after sweating a lot like after a workout or living in a hot and humid place like me. I don't live in the cold anymore so I don't know about this but I think it would help.
