If it's an LCD, don't stick. Wet it under running water, then press it against the screen and then dry it with a paper towel. I used a Lenscrafters screen wiper. (Any eyeglass cleaner will do, I use it all the time on my LCD screens) Well, if it's an LED screen or a plasma screen, they stick easily. The TV in my bedroom (LED) is not a problem, my gaming laptop is also LED and the TV in my living room is a plasma screen with a glass protector. I really have to be careful not to rip it when I try to remove it lol. My secondary screen for my laptop is an LCD and this is the only one that was causing the problem for me. I had to wet it and rub it in place, it still falls off at times but the water and its back are on NP. Previously I used a piece of tape with a red mark to give me a mid point. This is a cheap easy fix, but the residue can damage the screen. I should have taken her years ago. When I first put it in my Amazon cart just in case the band didn't work that well. not even notice when you watch normal programs.
