The product was sent to me very quickly. I was very upset when I saw how cheap the zippers were and the bag was bigger than I expected. The zippers didn't stay closed and kept tearing in the middle, even when there was nothing in the pocket. The bag also smelled horribly of some kind of chemical (maybe it was impregnation?) and gave me a horrible headache as soon as I opened the packaging. This was also not the item I ordered - it did not match the description or photo from what I saw. I hope the return and refund process is quick - it seems pretty easy and free. I ended up going to REI and bought a nice sherpani shoulder bag for $50 (not $20 like this one) but the sherpani is 4-5 times better than this cheap broken bag that I'm sending back.
